To encourage the common man in the society for developing innovative products under the scheme ‘HILL’. In this scheme, any common man is welcome to approach DIC Navaashay with his/her innovative idea/design that should benefit the state. If the idea is found credible, then she/he will be encouraged to make the idea a product under the guidance of a faculty member from the relevant area to bring it for market survey/ case development/ strategy planning under DIC IIM Kashipur.
